Instructions:

  1.  With the thick piece of whisper white cut it 11” x 6”. Score with the short side at the top at 1”, and 5”. Turn and score at 1”. 5”, 6” and 10”. With red paint and a paper towel scrunched up, dab the red paint all over the front of the box and set aside to dry.

  2. When dry, fold all score lines and then assemble the box with tear and tape. If you wish you can make a half circle notch with your one inch circle punch in the front so it is easier to open.

  3. Now cut out a piece if whisper white card stock that measures 3 3/4” square, a piece of garden green that measures 3 1/2” square. As well asa real red piece that measures 3 1/4” square. Adhere the white layer onto  the box, then the green and lastly the red piece. You can use snail for the green and red piece, but because the box is painted, be sure to use tear and tape so the whisper white adheres well.

  4. Punch out one real red circle from the 2” punch and one whisper white from the 1 3/4” circle punch. Adhere them together and with the 2” circle punch, punch cut about 1/4” inch in on both sides so it looks like two bites out of the apple. Now add two hand cut black seeds, a hand cut black stem and a leaf. Adhere them to the apple and adhere the apple to the box. I added some black marker stitching to the apple and the red layer.

How to clean your clear blocks.

How to Cleaning Your Clear Blocks.

I don’t know about you but my clear blocks get so dirty so here is how I clean mine.

  1. If you are just using photo polymer  stamps then you can just run your blocks under warm water and dry them with a cloth.

  2. If.your stamps are even dirtier you can use hand sanatizer to clean them and then rinse with water and dry.

  3. But if you are like I am and add adhesive to your stamps, to help them stick to the block.  Then you know that you have to clean your blocks all the time. What I do is us stazon cleaner to get all the junk off and then whip them with a damp paper towel and then dry them off.

Hope this helps in keeping your blocks clean.

Always remember bring joy through sending others hand stamped cards.

Created by Brenda

*****************************************************

Some people love emoji’s and others don’t. I personally think they are so cute, so if you like them try making these in different colors and expressions. Have them around your home or office  to make you smile.

*******************************************************************

1/2" Circle Punch

Basic Black Stampin' Write Marker

White Stampin Chalk Marker

Tear & Tape Adhesive

SNAIL Permanent Adhesive

*****************************************

Instructions:

  1. With piece of card stock that is 12” x 12” score it at 4” and 8” turn and repeat. On two opposite sides make a 1” mark at 6”.

  2. Now fold all score lines and fold in the left flap, take the horizontal  fold and match it to the vertical fold. Be sure to crease the inner diagonal section, and repeat for all four sides. Now on the sides that you made the one inch score, fold that in. From the end of that line to each corner crease, {it will look like the side of a milk carton}. Repeat for the other side and fold all flaps inward to form the box.

  3. With the second piece of matching card stock, (cut as above), score it at 4” and 4 1/2”. Fold, and hen adhere the 2 1/2” side to the back of the box with tear and tape. Add velcro dots to the inside cover and front of the box to keep the flap closed.

  4. For decorating the front I cut out 2 – 1” circles in whisper white and 2 – 1/2” circles in basic black. I adhered them together and then onto the front flap. Then add white flecks to his eyes and with you black marker draw in the eye brows. I hand cute a black mouth, red tongue and his white teeth. Adhere them together and then onto the front flap. I also cut some strips of black and adhered it on top.

ENJOY!

Remember to be creative and come up with your own emoji faces. Even if they are happy, sad angry and more. Have your kids try this out to and see what they come up with.
